Q: Do you take breaks while working?

A: No. Once your event starts we play music for the full duration of the contract. The only exception is if we have to break down and set up at a different location. For example, if we play the music for your ceremony at one location and have to break down and set up at a different location for your reception.

Q: How easy are you to reach?

A: We are always anxious to speak directly with our clients. We are always accessible via office phone, cell phone or e-mail. You can contact the Jeff Staples Group as often as you like, before and after your contract is signed.

Q: What kind of sound system do you use?

A: We use only the top of the line commercial DJ equipment. We do preventative maintenance on our equipment every six months to ensure there are no hidden problems. We constantly upgrade our equipment and always carry a back-up system in case of any unforeseen problems.

Q: How important are references for a DJ?

A: References are EXTREMELY important. We will be happy to provide you with quality references from professionals who have been in the industry for many years, and have seen literally hundreds of DJs.

Q: Can I depend on the vendors that you refer?

A: The Jeff Staples Group only recommends reputable, professional vendors. Who we refer is a direct reflection of us.
